Staff was very nice, room clean and peaceful. They had a few problems with the card machine during check in but you can only control what you can control.

Bad place to stay if you want to take a shower. No water in the morning and no water in the afternoon. Worst place I have ever stayed in. Find another place don't waste your money staying here!!

Unfortunately, my son and I had a bad experience. We woke up with bites on our arms and sons back and neck. I recommend a more thorough cleaning. Get rid of the bed bugs and I should get a refund.

Nice convenient quiet. Non working grills although advertised

Nice, quiet

Nice place and clean but only one problem. The housekeepers are not friendly.

Customer service at check-in was nice and pleasant, no issues there. The stay was normal, no complaints there either. It's what I expected as I have stayed at this particular location several times previously.

However, the check-out was unpleasant as my wife and I were berated by the woman at the front desk as we were leaving. She was scolding us because she said the room we had was not for pets. I don't work for Candlewood Suits, nor did I assign myself the room that we would be staying in.

I declared my pet during my reservation online, over the phone, and a third time again during the check-in. Still unsure as to why this employee was making an issue out of something that me, as a paying customer, have no power over and had no decision making in regards to the room we were assigned.

Still making my head spin.

The overall experience was really good. It was a last minute trip and I was accommodated. Thanks for the experience. I will revisit this site again.
