Just shy of two hours to conduct an oil change and tire rotation, on a vehicle that had an appointment. Incompetence in the service bay or the now typical COVID-19 excuse? Still waiting for the answer…Report

ZERO STARS!!! Spent $3,500 since mid-January 2021. January 12, 2021 had partial engine re-build. Asked prior to the repair about the other half of the engine and was advised not to worry the other half is good and if the other half went bad that Chrysler was aware of that year having engine problems and would stand good for it (big fat lie as Chrysler isn't standing by that). Check engine light comes back on and they tell me spark plugs and fuel service to the tune of $1,017. Pick-up my Jeep and drive one mile down the road for the check engine light to come back on. Now they tell me I need an $8,000 engine! Asked for my $1,017 back since I only made it a mile down the road and got a big fat no (after service manager left me on hold for 1 hour). This is not counting the other $2,500+ spent for service on the check engine light from 11/1/19, 12/26/19, 9/21/20, 11/6/20, 11/10/20. Grand total of $6,000+ on check engine light issues and NOW they tell me I need a new engine. Every time I had to initiate the call back. POOR SERVICE and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Report
I highly recommend Carolina Chrysler for your next Jeep or Dodge purchase. I worked with Joe and found him to be responsive, informative, and easy to work with. I purchased my Grand Cherokee online. It was well worth the drive from Richmond to North Carolina to buy my Jeep from Joe. He made sure I received every incentive I was eligible for and offered an extended warranty plan that was far less expensive and included more coverage than the extended Mopar warranty. Plus, my engine is guaranteed for life! Carolina did not charge a "Demand Markup Fee" like most dealers I shopped due to the chip shortage which is a huge plus. Brutally incompetent service center. Requested parts order for recalls in March of this year, and was told they would be ordered, and I would be notified when they arrived. NEVER got a call back because the parts were never ordered. Also got a diagnostic on that vehicle for other repairs. Told them I would bring it in when the recall parts arrived so that it could all be done at once. NEVER got a call.. Followed up to remind them about these parts and this repair, and I get this:Report
"I was recently informed of your request for warranty recall repairs (along with other repairs) on your 2017 RAM Promaster 2500.
Unfortunately, those repairs need to be performed at a certified Promaster dealership as we are not.

So, did they not know about their inability to provide these services when I brought my vehicle in originally? Or is it now that someone is holding them accountable for their poor communication, and service, it is just easier to not deal with it.
Won't be bringing in for service, or buying any vehicles here.. I would rather drive an extra hour and deal with professionals that trust my business with this dealership..Re: Brutally incompetent serv ... At the time we were using temp employees due to Covid 19 and loss of employees. Unfortunately, our employees at the time did not know we are not authorized to make repairs on commercial vehicles. We do not sell commercial vehicles so other than routine maintenance our technicians are not trained to do other repairs. Please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding.
