Justin is a very polite and knowledgeable person. I had 4 different issues I needed fixed and he knew how to fix them all and also gave me some great advice on maintainance of my appliances. Money well spent and I highly recommend them!!!!!!Report
I live in Albuquerque and I am a commercial and residential building inspector. I work with contractors constantly and I know when I contractor is overcharging and doing poor quality work. I was visiting my parents in little rock. When the dryer suddenly stopped working I called Central One to fix it. I would have done it myself except I didn't have any tools here. The tech found a bad power cord and was charging me $200 to fix it. I knew I could buy that part for $20 so that means they probably buy it for less. It took him 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Even though I knew it was an exorbitant amount for that repair I just paid it so they can get their dryer working. Then he told me the heating element was also bad. I understand he had to fix the power cord before he could find the other problem. I understand it's a likely the same problem cause both things to Short out. He did not have the heating element with him and had to order it. He was due to come back in 2 days and finish the repair. He never showed up and when I called the next day I was told that he was not going to come back and that I should find somebody else. So now it's a week later from my original call and my parents dryer still not fixed. I will find someone else to do the work. The problem I have with this company is thier outrageous pricing, poor attitude and lack of accountability for their actions. If you do business with this company check how much the parts truly cost before you agree to work with them. They charged me 550% markup on a $20 part. When I questioned him about why such a high markup all he would take the cord off the dryer. He had no justification for the high prices just that if I didn't like it he would take the part off. No willingness to be reasonable about a markup on the cord just take it or leave it are the only options I had. My parents have a security system with cameras and he did not show up to the house. I have to assume he went to the wrong house. Again exorbitant prices, poor attitude and lack of accountability for their actions. Buyer beware.Report
Justin did my HVAC seasonal service and installed a new thermostat. He has also come out before to fix my washer (drum stabilizer). He is VERY knowledgeable, and I always learn from him.Report
