Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning

I called during the morning hours, no a/c! Holtzople was professional, courteous and fabulous from the person who answered the phone and gave me details on how to stay cool until the repair to the wonderful service tech, Jacob Miller. Cannot recommend them enough!

My Technician Chris N. Was extremely helpful, professional and kind. While having no AC can be stressful Chris made sure to explain everything as he did it and instead of just fixing the problem he made sure to check every other component of my system to make sure nothing else was wrong. Explained things I could do to continue to keep my unit running well. Highly recommend and will be using again.

He was actually EARLY, very friendly, showed us problem areas and really cleaned up after servicing the oil furnace. Very professional.

Worry free company!!! Office staff and Technicians are always friendly and patient. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and efficient! We wish we would have started using them sooner!

Our ac stopped working and Corey came out to diagnose. He was so friendly, helpful and thorough. He got to the root of the issues and went above and beyond to help us have air for the weekend.

We are new to the area, and Holtzople was recommended to us. We are so very glad that we chose them to replace our HVAC System. We absolutely appreciate the professionalism found with all the people we have dealt with at Holtzople (Mark Utz, Corey White, and customer service). Corey just serviced our system. We found him to be very knowledgeable, polite, and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, we've never had a negative experience, and highly recommend them.

Very disappointing. After signing a $12,000+ contract for installation of a new AC I had to chase down the salesman to confirm installation date and inspection. The installers were good, but inspection and householder training were never arranged because their salesman never showed up - I arranged inspection and training never happened. Then the worst: at 6 month maintenance follow-up they sent a technician who did nothing but try to sell me upgrades, no matter how I begged him to stop. Who needs an upgrade with a brand new system? Here's the kicker: instead of complying with our maintenance contract, he installed a sub-par filter - not the hi-end MERV that sold us the system in the first place. I didn't discover it until after he'd gone, and I'd just had a death in my family, so I didn't hammer the company for lying. I'm doing it now.

Thank you for your honesty and feedback Lisa. Since seeing this yeserday and hearing about your issues, we have tried to contact you several times to try and rectify these issues. During the first call, someone picked up the phone and said it was Holtzople, they probably saw my review and want to fix it, and then talked a while to someone else, while we tried to say hello. But unfortuately they never spoke to us on the phone. We called back right away and were sent to voicemail. After that we followed up with an email, but have not gotten a response. We do always try to rectify any situation immediately, no matter what. I am very sorry we have not been able to catch up and I would love the opportunity to fix the situation for you. Typically as soon as we hear of an issue we try to go over and beyond to fix it quickly. Again, I apologize that we have failed you in this situation and it is definitely not acceptable for us, not to achieve five stars for every client. If you would allow us to, I would really like to determine what filter was replaced incorrectly and get that rectified immediately. I would also like to provide you with a complimentary years worth of our Comfort Club membership. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can help.
