In 2003 Pies & Pints set out to be the place for pizza in West Virginia. From the beginning, our philosophy has been to take no short cuts in creating your perfect pizza experience. All of our pies are hand stretched and baked directly on a stone hearth, which creates a tender, crisp crust. We prepare our own tomato sauce from scratch, and our own crème fraiche and curry sauce for creative favorites like Cuban Pork Pie and Thai Pie. We roast our own mushrooms, slow roast our own pulled pork, and caramelize our own onions. We choose fresh, not dried, herbs like basil, cilantro, rosemary and thyme.
