Idk if I'll buy yet but salesman said no hidden fees amd pay car and ttl only. So far impressed with professionalism

We went to buy a brand new car! Josh was the guy who showed us the cars.. after we asking him questions about a 40000$ Car , he was rude and we had to leave. Action needs to be taken by management!

Nice staff, efficient. Would have given 5 stars if their service washer had been working.

Be very careful with this place because they are scammers. About three months ago I bought my car in this place and the financier put me an extended guarantee worth 4000 dollars supposedly because the bank required it to make me the loan. Days later I called the bank and they explained to me that they did not require these guarantees. So I went to the dealer to have that guarantee removed and according to them it was not possible. I demanded to speak to the manager and that he could not attend me, so I returned the following Monday very early and I demanded to speak to the manager again to which they replied that if they were going to reimburse me for the guarantee. They made me fill out and sign the cancellation form and explained that it would take a month to process. I spend almost the month and call the bank and they have not received the refund. So I called the insurance company and I was surprised that they did not refund my money because the dealer never sent the form. They are scammers and they don't want to give me my money back. For my part, I am filing a formal complaint with better business bureau. Do not do business in this place

Service is adequate… Staff appear to be very busy conversing between each other or on their mobile devices. I totally agree due to the global COVID issues there are absolutely no choice of vehicles. So sorry for your lack of auto supply it appeared that I walked into a dealership that was about to…. Sorry let's hope things get better

Shout out to Ryne Smith at Russell & Smith Honda. I was in Houston on Saturday and about to drive home over 4 hrs and my oil light came on my Honda.

I called around to ask some "what's best" questions, and got Ryne on the phone.

Hands down best service advice and info I've been provided all year. Dude took time to answer ALL of my questions with zero incentive as I was not coming for an oil change.

Absolute quality individual! If you go there don't bother speculating! Ask for this guy up front. You will NOT regret it!

So grateful for his help!
