We lost some shingles with the recent wind storms. Dawn at Tim O'Brien Homes was quick to respond and Dan Shudy arrived on site to inspect and advise within 24 hours. Thanks to the team at Tim O'Brien Homes!

Overall we are pleased with our Tim O'Brien home. There were some bumps in the road in the building process; we had an issue with the laminate floors. In the post-construction phase, John May has done an excellent job resolving problems.

This has been an excellent home building experience! My New Home Sales Realtor Jackie Guansing is an amazing individual to work with. I have received nothing but professional, responsive, courteous, and accurate communications from Jackie. The Tim O'Brien home building process itself is also excellent; everyone I have worked with has been very well-organized and very professional. I especially enjoyed the selections experience at the Design Center. I highly recommend building with Tim O'Brien Homes.

Still absolutely happy with our beautiful home! We have now nearly completed the 11-month warranty review process and have had the pleasure of working with Warranty Specialist John May throughout the process. John is considerate, thorough, and organized and has made the warranty process seamless. I continue to recommend building with Tim O'Brien Homes.

Our experience with TOB homes has been great. We purchased a spec house near completion a year ago. We had our own Realtor representing us through the sale but also dealt with Charlie who was very attentive, thorough and easy to work with. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the warranty team has been quick to respond with any minor issues we've had.

We have had a great experience of building our new home with Tim O Brien. The communication, quality and professionalism has been very good. Unfortunately the supply chain and reduced framer teams have caused some delays. This seems to be a sign of the times though.
