The tow truck driver was customer service oriented and very good to work with...
Also the guys at the lot were so kind to help me fix an airline on my semi truck that burst...
Also the lady at the dispatch office was very friendly...
I can't say enough good things about this great outfit
My hats off to them

Driving home from work Dec. 7 about 4:20pm when I get cut off by a tow truck with no turn signal. I would have let him over if I had known that was his intentions. Upon passing him the driver flips me a bird.. how was I supposed to read his mind and know his trajectory. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with this nut. Truck #59 you can do better man ??

The tow truck driver was excellent and professional. The dispatch service quotes tow trucks arrival in 1-hour increments through the link in the text messaging. When they miss that window and you call to see where the tow truck is, you get a huffy response about how it is unrealistic that a tow truck could arrive so quickly, there is no ETA, metro has calls that are getting you bumped to n priority, and the aren't enough operators versus volume of wrecked vehicles. This is the first time I've had to call a tow truck in almost a decade (luckily) it makes sense when it is laid out. But, the expectation provide from the eta of link does represent that information. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours, with no heat in. It was cold.

Towed me out of a ditch.
Great service. I wish they did not take so long to get to me, but their services was so good, quick, and professional I figure they give each client the attention they deserve and sometimes it means it takes alittle longer to get to you. They are worth the wait!

Called requested to be towed they never showed up! I called them back after an hour an she acted hateful an as if she'd never spoken to me an hour before.... These guys been around awhile an has always had a bad rep. Guys don't call this company they are rude, an NO SHOW you deserved to be treated with Respect. Call TONY CAMPBELL'S TOWING these folks are awesome.

Literally left me in a ditch for 3 hours and never showed up, had to call Pantusa to get me out. Called the dispatch lady three times gave me three separate lies about their whereabouts.
