At Eden Heights, our residents enjoy the most exceptional senior living experience possible.

With it's picturesque views of breathtaking sunsets and rolling country meadows, Eden Heights has quickly become Eastern New York's premier senior assisted living community.
Our community offers all the amenities you'd expect from an exceptional assisted living facility.
But were we really separate ourselves from the competition, is in the personal care we provide.
Our motto is “Exceptional Care, Exceptionally Caring” and this is the philosophy we instill in each and every staff member, manager, and caregiver that helps service our community.

Residents at Eden have the opportunity to participate in a variety of daily activities and events. From Holiday Parties to Wii Bowling tournaments to daily exercise routines. If there's an activity that gets you excited, we have it covered.

You will also be treated to restaurant style dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This means all of the meals are prepared fresh daily by our well trained and certified Chefs. On top of that, all of the menus are written by a certified dietitian to ensure both a well balanced diet, and a delicious combination of flavors. Our Wait Staff is also certified and happy to help serve our residents in any way possible.

The service doesn't stop with the dining room either. Residents and family members have the luxury of no longer being worried about which medication to take and what time to take it. Our highly trained staff of Resident Aids have a 10 point checklist that is followed to the letter each and every day to ensure residents are properly medicated. The Aids are also trained to be on constant alert for any changes in the resident's weight, health, and demeanor. These “check-ups” are done every two hours. This way, if a health problem does occur, we have given ourselves the best possible chance to have a favorable outcome.

Finally, we have our Management Team.
From the Executive Director, to the Maintenance Director, and everyone in between, Management's sole purpose is serving the residents. And our open-door policy does not stop with the residents either. Both family members and staff are actually encouraged to speak with Management anytime they like. This allows everyone to stay in sync and continue working towards the best possible senior living experience.
