Paoletta Counseling Services, Inc is a Pennsylvania state licensed outpatient Mental Health clinic, is accredited by the Joint Commission of Health Care Organizations and is conveniently located in Mercer, PA and Franklin, PA. Our vision is to be the most inclusive and effective provider of behavioral health care services in Mercer and Venango Counties. Paoletta Counseling services PCS was established with the goal of providing comprehensive mental health services for children, adolescents and adults in a safe, warm, friendly, and caring environment. PCS is committed to the ongoing development and implementation of new programs to meet the growing needs of the individuals we serve. PCS provides Mercer County and surrounding areas with a full spectrum of quality outpatient services regardless of race, sex, religion, or ethnicity. Our objective is focus on recovery and to provide the least restrictive services necessary to maintain and increase individual functioning. PCS respects the beliefs of all and does not impose our beliefs onto others.
