I look to help you identify your strengths and apply them so that you can increase your knowledge of self to live to your full potential and achieve your desired outcomes. We do this by forming a trusting and caring relationship within a safe and secure space. I support clients to explore their habitual beliefs and behaviors that have been causing personal distress and/or relational problems. I am trained in several interventions that are evidenced based . these are Trauma informed care, Cognitive behavioral treatment, Mindfulness Based and Talk therapy, There are times when several areas of each treatment will be used.
