Fantastic owner that does great repairs

Absolutely a fantastic experience. I was there first thing and by end of day my MacBook was cleaned and updated to the newest software.

Can’t go wrong with the team here. Wonderful overall experience.

I can’t say enough about this company. Pedro wasn’t even able to get the right part, due to unavailability, and he didn’t even charger me for the diagnostics. He explained very clearly what I needed to do and was easy to stay in contact with.

I was having problems with my iPhone no longer charging the owner took care of it in 5 mins and showed me what was happening highly recommend

Recently went to Tech Boys in Sayville because screen of my phone had scratch on it. Met the owner, Pedro, who does it all. Extremely nice and very helpful. After resolving phone scratch issue, I asked him about disposing of old computers/removal of hard drives. He said it was not a problem and he would be happy to help. I returned a couple hours later with 5 laptops and 3 towers, expecting to leave them and return once drives had been removed. Rather, on the spot, Pedro removed the hard drives of each one in a short amount of time and provided them to me. He told me how I could go about easily destroying the drives. He also offered to dispose of all the old computer parts. Although it did not take a lot of time, it did take time. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said there was no charge. I could not believe that he would do all his at no cost. Pedro is truly an amazing person and I highly recommend Tech Boys in Sayville.

Pedro is a genius.

If you're looking for that one review that will make up your mind, hopefully it is this one. I am not very knowledgeable in knowing about PC's. My friend had built me a gaming rig, he moved to Texas not long after. I ran into a slight issue forgetting my password and i had just moved to LI. I had nobody to go to for help. I came across Tech Boys from researching a few different places. I had trust issues with other computer stores that I felt did me wrong. So it's tough not to believe a lot of business are out to get you. After looking at a few places online ended up at Tech Boys. So I came into Pedro's shop on guard and expecting the same. Let me tell you, Pedro at Tech Boys blew my mind. Honestly I walked in a customer and walked out a friend. I could go on and on about how Professional, Courteous, and most of all Trustworthy this man is. Please support his business. I promise you, you will not be let down. Thank you again, Pedro. You are truly appreciated.

Since my first walk-in. I have gone to him to fix my Iphone screen, microphone, and also did some major upgrades to my PC. His skillset is flawless. You won't be let down. The happiest thing about this is I never have to worry about needing help again. Quick and Efficient! Pedro is the man!

I would like to start with how wonderful Pedro the owner is. Not only beyond intelligent but also a very nice person.

The quality of his work is insane. He fixed many computers iPads and phones but his best work yet is the gaming computer he built for my son. This computer made the perfect Christmas gift for my ten year old son
