So I got a flat back tire on my motorcycle and had to get it towed home. Pretty quick response time for a rush hour traffic call (@5pm took around 40 minutes) and the driver Ivan was super polite and friendly. Would have given 5 stars except for cost. Admittedly, it's been ages since I needed a tow, but I felt like $185 was a little excessive for literally a 1.5mile/30 minutes tops for an entire service. And that was the low end of the quote I got. But it's one of those situations where you're stuck. It's what I get for forgetting to add my bike to my AAA coverage.Report

Extremely late: I was quoted 30 minutes for the wait; they arrived two hours late.
Misleading price: I was quoted $110, and charged $145 (after being told I'd get a discount for them being late, which wasn't honored).
I'd recommend any other company if you need a tow.

I had Unexpectedly to tow my card twice in one day, within about a 30 minute time frame and the same staff member was able to do both. He even helped me with my window because my battery died and it was completely down. He was able to roll it Up for me - but mostly they went to two different repair shops effectively.Report

The guy that helped me out was super nice and helped us grab the keys out of our locked car within minutes. He had an accent which was cool but I don’t remember his name. Super nice and overall I give them a 10/10 review. If I ever lock my keys inside of my car they are the first people I will be contacting.Report
