My service technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He had my issue resolved quickly and we chatted throughout his visit. Highly recommended for your appliance (washing machine in my case) repair needs.

Customer service was very good. Most polite and the appointment was handled well and very prompt.
Service person was very professional.

However the service call was $124.!!!!
Then to get the magnetron for my microwave oven
And have it installed was $509!!!!
Holy ‘ that’s bloody expensive!!!

Started off great, called them, they came quick. My dryer would not start. Tech came to my house and found the broken part in under 30 min. He did not have the part in his "car". So they had to order the part. They called me the next day and said the part was in, they wanted $160.00 for the part and another $120 to put in back in my dryer. I already gave them a $114 to determine the problem. That drew red flags for me. A $160 for a fuse? So i told them i had to think about it. After the call, I searched in Edmonton for the part was able able to buy it for $25.00. So i bought the part, put it in the dryer and it worked. I understand they have to markup there parts to make money, but they were charging me 160.00 for a $25.00 part, come-on!! The tech was nice and they have quick service, just watch out what they charge you for parts!! Shady!

We have used this company now 3 times for seperate issues of our washer and dryer. They are trustworthy in their service!
I will continue to use and recommend as they are investigative into finding the issue with tour appliance. They don't jump to conclusions of the "most expensive repair" either which any customer could appreciate. They did not have an issue with us ordering our own parts either and were happy to install them (without warranty but no big deal)
These guys get 10 out of 5 stars in my books!

Professional and Quick!

The gentleman showed up in the morning to look at our freezer. My wife said your company was the only one to reply to her message . We really appreciated that. We are both senior citizens and we value the response given to us by your company. The service was excellent and fast service . The service man even called my wife the next day to see how the freezer was doing . It's definitely doing well . I recommend your company to anyone who needs Services for their appliances. I called them when my microwave door failed. They came out and provided me with a diagnostic report about the problem. I shared it with Bosch and within a week Bosch sent me a new door (free). When there technician came to install the new door he noticed it was dented. The company immediately contacted Bosch to send a new door. Once it was received the technician came back and installed the new door. I was only charged for 1 service call. The technician was very professional and polite. Really appreciated all the service I received. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service from Ted who did a great job on two of our appliances. Prompt reply from business when we emailed our request. Repairman out the next day. Much appreciated! Will definitely use again.
