Daniel Graber's practice is focused on civil litigation and defending criminal and regulatory enforcement matters. He has extensive experience representing individuals, professionals and corporations in a wide variety of courts in the New York metropolitan area, as well as before regulatory bodies.
Mr. Graber has successfully handled a wide range of matters, from complex commercial and construction disputes to Article 78 proceedings challenging regulatory action and defending against criminal charges brought by local, state and federal prosecutors.
Daniel Graber received his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University at Albany before graduating from Fordham Law School, where he served as an editor on the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Prior to founding the Graber Law Firm, Mr. Graber was associated with the law firms of Sullivan Gardner PC and Lambert & Shackman PLLC. During law school, Mr. Graber worked for the Queens County District Attorney's office and Lincoln Square Legal Services, where he represented indigent defendants.
