They lost my disposable camera. I dropped it off in December of 2021, and it is currently April of 2022. I dropped off 3 cameras, and only got the pictures for 2 of them. I was told it would take 10 days to be developed (which is the normal time) and the ones I did get back took a month to be developed. I don't blame CVS entirely, but there should be a more efficient way of tracking photos since those are memories that will be lost. I have pictures of my aunt on there that passed away in early February unexpectedly. I'd like to give those pictures to my uncle and his kids.Report

This pharmacy messed up 4 different times with my medication. Wouldn’t trust this store to fill your medication properly and on time. Never going here againReport
As a ‘Trusted Partner’ for the Hawaii COVID testing the service is far from perfect. Hawaii requires a test to be done within 72 hours of departure, however there are no appointments anywhere (up to 50miles in all directions) within this window, and a reduced number of appointments available on Sat and Sun - not ideal if you’re traveling on Tuesday. When I inquired they said hardly anyone showed up, but as they don’t cancel their appointment it is not made available to anyone else. An appointment could only be booked through the website and the slots were held by no shows. This resulted in needing to do the $250 test. Thanks CVS. Normally this is my go to pharmacy, but I’m not impressed with this poor organization. Find a way to give no show appointments to someone who will gladly pay you $139 for the privilege.Report
The drive-through pharmacy is consistently incredibly slow. In my experience, it takes about 10 minutes per car. I’m not exaggerating, I’ve timed it every time I had to use it. I don’t know if they’re just understaffed or what, but I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere.Report
They have false advertising concerning free covid testing. I just got a $100 bill!!Report
This CVS location is great! It’s clean, organized, and usually pretty quiet. They carry a good selection of greeting cards, snacks, makeup, and medical supplies—although some things can be expensive for what they are, that’s the cost of convenience sometimes.Report
This location has a pharmacy located at the very back of the store, and they have a pharmacy drive-thru as well! If you are going to use the drive-thru try not to wait until the last minute because at times it can get backed up due to people getting covid tests. Other than that, there’s always plenty of parking and I’ve never really had to wait for someone to ring me up at checkout.
