So amazed by the quality of work. My car is back to its original state. The employees of the shop were very professional. My car was ready within 2 business days of drop-off. I also appreciate the expedited rental car pick-up service. Imperial will be my first choice if needed in the future.

Its okay

Wow. I cannot stress enough how good our experience was with this body shop. From the initial processing of our request, to their interfacing with the insurance company handling the claim, to the organizing with our rental car company to shuttle us over, it was just such a pleasant experience!

From an actual work perspective, they quickly identified the issues and ended up finishing a day early! The work itself looked fantastic, and they even threw in a wash and vacuum on top.

I have found my new body shop in the District, and would happily give them my business again.

They were professional, reasonably priced, and completed the work quicker than I expected.

Absolutely fantastic. From the start, they got me in very quickly for the appointment, were easy to work with and VERY friendly/professional. Once the repair were complete--and done very well--I arrived to get my car and was greeted by Alex who knew who I was, what had been repaired on my car, and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. WHICH I WAS! Impressive customer service for an auto body shop and, really, for any company. Thank you!!
