Imperial continues to be an impressive autobody shop. I have had extensive work done on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe on 3 occasions now and it absolutely has come back better each time! I just recently picked up my wife’s 2021 Acura RDX there from needing both rocker panels, front passenger door and undercoat work done and like all the other visits, everyone from reception to technicians were exceptional to work with. They really already know what the scope is as you explain the issues & requirements, but they listen intently anyway!! The end result for me has always exceeded my expectations and that has never been easy…

Great service and repairs. Car came back cleaned inside and out. Insurance initially declined one expensive fix, but they didn't give up and eventually got it approved! These guys are awesome!
