I love Johnson motors! When I was a little girl I would always come and my grandpa owns Johnson motors so I know basically everybody who works here and and I know the place like home and my aunt works at Johnson motors so I play a game and follow them and just see what they do. My grandma used to work here but then she quit so she could spend more time with us, her grandchildren and with her dogs, it's really such a blessing that we get to have so many memories at places that you know really well and I'm truly very grateful that my family has had the opportunity to have a good place where we gather together and my aunt even had her reception at Johnson motors and there's this really cool things about it and it's great.Report

If I could leave zero stars, I positively would. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. Completely ignored when I came in for a service call. Stood in the lobby for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to ask me if I needed help while I watched two employees talk back and forth and look at me several times.Report
The quote I was given for the service I needed was over $70 more than I expected to pay. No explanation given other than I should have actually been charged more and should accept the fact that I got lucky that my bill was lower.
Customer service over the telephone was not any better. The receptionist promised a phone call back to confirm my appointment and quote, and she never called back.

Our receptionist isn't typically one who would confirm appointments and quotes. That should have been handled with our service manager or advisor. Our service manager Cody would appreciate if you could give him a call so he could get more details and address the issue and can try to correct the mishaps within his department.

Attended rapidly to the issues I was having with vehicle. They diagnosed problem, ordered the parts, once part came in they notified me and got it completed at reasonable time.Report
