Add ReviewThis 12 week online course was so helpful to me, giving me real understanding for the very first time of how my mind and body are so interconnected and, most importantly, how to get them working TOGETHER. Marion, Alex and the team showed me how to 'reset' myself so that I am so much better able to cope with my own particular day to day challenges, which before the course at times felt completely overwhelming. I spent 12 weeks with the team. They are all helpful and the lessons are easy to follow along the way you meet new friends. If you have the chance to go on the course take it as it the best 12 weeks I have hadReport

Through doing the reset course I can know understand how my mind and body are connected and how much my thinking can effect the way I feel. I understand my body and what it's trying to tell me. My thinking no longer controls me and I am able to stop negative thought patterns and replace them with positivity or what I really need through self care, nourishment or connection. The reset course has been life changing for me and I now see clearly a healthy vision for my future. Thank you so much to the reset team!! ?Report
