Very poor They are not honest, first visit, said no cavities, I had to ask
ThemTo clean my teeth, sent in assist, did minimum cleaning, set new appt for follow up, said three cavities. Went for appt. Did no drilling, put some sort of cap on the side of three teeth, did not explain this was not covered under Ins(should have been) but these were not actually cavities?? One fell off about a week after appt, went in, they replaced, it fell off the very next day. They cleaned my teeth, billed Ins co, then told me to come back in 4 months and they would clean again under Suave Dental Plan would be $167.00, not covered by Ins co, I questioned this, they said”Oh, no one told you about Suave plan?, No! They do work that is not necessary, do not report it to your Ins co, and require you to
Pay full amount. This is a very shady office. When I called to complain, they said they no longer except my insurance, however, I called Ins co, they still except this Ins and are also listed on their website.
