Add ReviewService was excellent as long as my car was on warranty. After that, its' all about money. Customer service is non-existent. I called several times to get a price for certain things to be done. Left messages and no one returned my calls. Service dept when I first called wanted me to bring in my car first. I wanted a price on certain things but they were unable to give that to me. I spoke to Jordan, Crissy, left message for Jonathan Ortiz to call me back. I even asked to speak with the manager but he was busy so I left a message for him to call me back. I called again after 2 days and left a message on the managers voice mail. My calls to them started on Nov. 16, 2021. To this date, Dec.13, I have not heard from anyone. Needless to say, I had my car fixed elsewhere. Very disappointed with Subaru. Will be writing a letter to the CEO.Report
We had bought a car from this dealership in late August. We decided to trade it in recently for a bigger vehicle, and have been trying to reach out to their finance department for 2 months. We have called and called and no one answers or we are sent to voicemail. They are wasting our time and money.Report
It's always great to see the new Subaru models at the showroomReport
I will never be coming back here again, and I do not recommend you do either. Here's the story:Report
I had initially brought my car in for an oil change and a check engine light that had come on. The mechanics diagnosed that I needed 4 new solenoids for my engine. They wanted $2800 and they told me it would take 3-4 days since they had to order some parts. Since my car was out of warranty, 8 years old, and at 50k miles, I figured that this was fair and would solve my issue.
NOPE!
As I was driving my car home from the dealership, the same check engine light came back on. I took my car back in the next morning and this time, they said that I needed to have "4 sprockets with chain and tensioners" replaced. The amount for this repair? $5762.03. I asked if they could apply the $2800 that I had already paid, since that repair didn't solve the issue, and they refused. They said that it was "two different problems with the same symptoms." At this point, I was contemplating just taking my car to carmax and getting rid of it, because I would rather use $5k on a down payment for a new car than repair an 8 year old car that it seemed even the dealership didn't know how to fix. I told them to go pound sand and took the car to a local mechanic who not only diagnosed the issue correctly the first time but also only charged me $800 to fix it (it was a timing belt issue).
So moral of the story: do not trust the mechanics at this dealership. They are just as shady as the salesmen. I have no doubt that they would have kept on recommending parts to replace without every accurately diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car.
Be careful and make sure you take everything out of your car. My access port has mysteriously disappeared from my glove box. It was there before I took it in, and as I work from home it's been parked so I had no need to check to today when I went to plug it in. Now it's gone, of course I will contact them but as you know, they have a policy that they are not responsible for items left in the car, thus giving their techs the go ahead to take items if they like and not be blamed for it. Never going back for a service,Report
as I have ever since I got my car.
I called this dealership and they promised msrp price on the vehicle I wanted. I filled out the credit application paid 500$ deposit and also got email and text confirming the price.Report
2 days later, I called to see if there is anything which can be done in advance to save time when I pick up the car and the salesman says"I am sorry my manager didnt agree, and you have to pay the 1500$ mark up"
I am shocked! I emailed the general manager and couple hours later the sales manager emailed me saying this was a misunderstanding between you and my salesman! We never sell with no mark up due to market condition.
Then salesman emailed said he has gone above his manager and just this time only and for me only he is willing to sell as we agreed!
Should I trust him this time!?!
Never ever again!
Love the people, love the vehicles.Report
