I recently sold my house and tho I downsized quite a bit, I needed a storage facility to house my possessions until I can move into my apartment. The people at the Bloomingdale Lock up facility could not have been nicer. They were kind and very helpful in not only helping me choose the correct size of locker I needed but when I underestimated the size I needed, they quickly and easily transferred the paperwork to a larger unit. This facility is extremely clean and very well taken care of.
I would highly recommend using the Bloomingdale Lock up if your needs ever arise!

Great attitudes which lead to great customer service. Tony is always very helpful.

Well I went to the one on Circle Avenue. I'm not sure if that's if that's addison or roselle. Don't take your significant other with you. Only one person can go inside because of covid-19 whatever. The store rep was paranoid or something about catching covid.] I had a issue with the store rep taking a call on speaker phone. A he didn't let me inside. Wow

I am already a customer leasing 2 large units. I needed a 3rd smaller unit. The process was smooth and quick. I highly recommend the LOCKUP. Units are clean, the building is well maintained. My only complaint is I was charged another administration fee for signing up another unit. I would think existing customers would be exempt from that fee since Lockup already has all my info and the process only takes a few minutes. Otherwise very happy with the Lockup.
