This place does false advertising. They will charge $40 for a diagnostic fee. Whether they fix it or not you are getting charged according to what I was told. I left instantly. Was trying to get my Nintendo switch looked at because it was not charging. Ended up just purchasing a new one.Report

My experience with them started out great. If they only focused on repairing phones I would of had no issues. The tech arrived early and fixed my phone fast everything seamed perfect but when he handed the phone back he handed a flyer with it then quickly started talking about we have protection on all our devices and then left. I was okay I thought it was free because we pay $40 monthly for our insurance. Anyways the next day I get an email stating I’m enrolled in AT&T home protection for $25 a month. I never agreed to this and was never asked if I wanted it or even how it works. Thinking back that’s how this tech gets away with it because he puts in on your account thinking you won’t catch it and he most likely gets a commission from this. That’s fraud by gaining access to my account without my permission and adding things to charge me. Of course when I call to complain no one really cared. But it took me 65 minutes to finally get the plan off my account and try to file a complaint. Heads up when you deal with AT&T or it’s affiliated companies beware. All they care about is getting your money even if they have to illegally add things to your account.Report
