I love my community.. the office staff is very friendly and accommodate me fast and genuine...I am absolutely enjoying my stay here... maintenance team completes service orders in timely manner and keeps grounds clean! I love my unit feels like home ? ?

Amazing Amazing if you want to move to Hoover consider this the place to stay . For the price and location really convenient . Neighborhood is quiet . Management and maintenance are amazing. Apartment is spacious and nice seriously you cannot get this deal anywhere . Unfortunately I am no longer in AL but I am quickly realizing that no other apartments compare to 700 river chase .

The bad reviews were valid a few months back, but the new manager is wonderful! She has made many improvements and you can tell she truly cares. Give her some time and all these reviews will be 5 stars.

The location of the property is very close to many restaurants, grocery stores and the mall. It is located in a good school district.

The pool area has tables, two grills and is the perfect spot for a family bbq! Behind the pool area is a playground, pickleball court and oversize chess board.

We lived at 700 Riverchase for 8 months, and we had significant issues the whole time we were there. The paint pealed off our tubs in April, and by the time we moved out in August, they still had not been fixed. I scheduled my move out date months in advance and called to confirm the week prior, but the office was closed despite their assurances that it wouldn't be on that date. By far the worst apartment experience I have had.

Hi Kyle, Sorry to hear about your experience. We are trying to shuffle through a change in management and staffing issues during Covid. Apologize about any inconvenience this may have caused you and your family. I wish you had called me to discuss these issues while you were still there. As the new manager, my staff and I are doing the best we can to handle any and all issues but I can only fix what I am aware of. Again, sorry about your experience. Hi j, Sorry you feel this way. My office is open every day Monday-Friday (9-6) and Saturday (10-5). When issues are brought to my attention, I try to handle them to the best of my ability. I am the new Business Manager of the community and I've only been here a month and a half. So, if you'd like to bring any issues to my attention - I will gladly help resolve them.
