I recently experienced the loss of an old acquaintance that was unexpected. Mr. Potter and his staff at Alpine Funeral Home were very kind and helpful to our needs. This is not a trip any of us want to deal with but it is part of Life and I highly recommend Alpine Funeral Home to help with any preparations that are needed.

This funeral home is trash. Charles is so unorganized and doesn't know what the heck he is doing. Wonder how he received his license. My family and I needed my grandma to be ready by a certain time and we understand it takes a while but he specifically said she will be ready. He shouldn't have agreed to a deadline if he wasn't sure. He promised the paperwork and everything would be ready. When we had our grandma's funeral he said she was ready but in the middle of church her mouth started bleeding out which I don't believe that's suppose to happen!!!! The same day that my grandma was suppose to be sent over to Mexico to have her burial there he gave us our paperwork with more than half of the papers missing! He knew what day we were leaving and he comes out with that bullshit. In addition we had to wait for more than 12 hours at the border because he doesn't know how to do his damn job. This place is seriously trash and save your troubles and go to a different funeral home.

This was such a difficult time for our family and Charles made it very easy. My dad pre-arranged his plans and when we went to the meeting, we found out he actually over paid and Charles proceeded to write us a check for the difference. There were no additional "add-ons" or anything more required of us which is unheard of at a funeral home. We definitely recommend Alpine and Charles as they were a pleasure to work with!

Mr. Potter and his team are amazing. These folks took exceptional care of my Husband. He arranged everything for the National Cemetery. I would highly recommend Alpine Funeral Home they treat your loved one like one of their own!!

Charles with Alpine was great to work with and made a difficult time much easier. He gave my family the funeral we wanted for my father in a kind, professional and timely manner without trying to sell a package deal or services we didn't want. Alpine was completely on top of the paperwork always completing it ahead of schedule, but most importantly my mom felt my dad was cared for and had the service he deserved.

Charles Potter provided our family with an amazing funeral for our mom. His kindness and understanding of the needs of family are beyond any other.

I had never needed to work with a Funeral Home until my Mother went to be with Jesus recently. Alphine was recommended by a lady who knew Mother well. I want to say our experience with Charles and the others there was very good. They did everything they said they would do and did it timely. They made the process as easy as possible especially under the circumstances. I would recommend them highly.
