Living here has been a great experience. The neighbors are respectful and quiet. Rosemary, the manager here, is amazing and ensures that everyone is taken care of and that the grounds are clean. Overall, no complaints about Arcadia Gardens.

The walls are paper thin and management will just say deal with it. I wasn't allowed to tour the apartment because of COVID so was swindled big time. Save yourself the hassle. You can hear people talking at normal levels through the walls. They love to say that's apartment living but I've never had problems like this. They never changed an air filter, there are fleas in the doggie area. Have fun living there!

As a first-time renter, I've had a pleasant experience living here at Arcadia Gardens. The apartment complex is beautiful and always well-kept. Other than a not-as-pleasant neighbor, I have zero complaints. Any concerns I've had have been addressed promptly by Rosemary and Sergio, always making sure that you are taken care of.

Rosemary has such a great office manager. As a 4 time renter (don't judge) I've had some not enjoyable experiences and Arcadia has had the best environment! Thanks Rosemary!!!

The phrase look's are deceiving suites this place perfectly. I would have never believed that this remake was a Knights Inn a couple of years ago. Its Beautiful, when get passed the security gates you'll be amazed a what you see. That all I will say u have experience it your self.

Looks are deceiving, this place may not look like much but when youget behind the security gates its beautiful. You will be amazed. .. not bad for an old Knights Inn

Been living here for almost a year now. It has been great overall. The location is situated very close to a lot of popular businesses (Costco, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Target, Best Buy, etc.) The surrounding area may not be the most pretty but it's very pleasant inside the apartment complex. The amount of plants and flowers gives it a refreshing luxury feel. There are plenty of cameras around the complex and locked gates so I feel pretty safe. It's also situated across an elementary school. Gym and swimming pool is adequate. Appliances are of good quality and are relatively new. All of this in a very affordable price point. In terms of noise, the walls are quite solid and provides decent insulation. If your room is situated near the main road however, you will be exposed to car noises and frequent sirens. Rosemary was very helpful throughout the lease signing process and answers questions promptly. All neighbors I've come across are nice and respectful.
