"The first thing you need to know about this firm is that they do sue their own clients. You go to them with your problem, hoping they will help you, but then realize that not only do you still have your initial problem, but now you have a new one. The so-called free consultation that they offer is only for them to find out how much money you have left. Once they find out you have money, they start making you promises after promises, such as 'you have nothing to worry about, we'll take care of you, this is such an easy case,' and even if you run out of money, 'we won’t drop you; we can set up a lien on one of your properties as collateral, and when your case is over, you can pay us.'

Once you start working with them, the meter starts running. You get calls from your attorneys speaking softly and confidently, assuring you that everything will be alright and making you believe they are fighting on your behalf. Then, right in the middle of the call, they change the subject and start talking about themselves. They do talk extensively about their families, children, and sometimes even their neighbors, and you are billed for all these interesting conversations. You end up on the phone with them for almost 45 minutes, discussing your case for only a fraction of that time.

After they've drained every penny from you, and you no longer have any money left, your attorney won’t even call you back. All those promises that they won’t drop you and the lien on your property as collateral won’t be remembered. They say to your face that 'we never had this conversation.' They start harassing you and threatening you with collections and lawsuits. Believe me when I say they are not bluffing. And now you have another problem on top of all your other problems.

In order to remain in court and pay my attorney, I wanted to offer a settlement agreement to my ex-wife to get it over with, I was offering her 65% of everything so I can get this nightmare over with. However, Andrea Mah refused to forward my email to my wife’s attorney, stating that I had to pay my balance first, which was around $5,000 at the time. I even offered my wedding ring as collateral to just forward the email, but she said NO.

The lady who, during previous calls, had shared her personal life with me, suddenly didn't want to speak to me anymore. She spent days and hours saying no to me instead of taking a minute to forward my email.
Gentlemen, if you are in the midst of a divorce and have been financially strained by your wife, this firm is not for you. It is an all-female and mainly Caucasian office, and they may not be particularly welcoming to male clients. They jeopardized my case to the point that, after we stopped working together, my wife in court questioned what had happened with Andrea Mah, her exact words was “I really liked her”
As soon as you fall behind on your payments, they start harassing you. One time, they called me seven times in less than one minute while I was in a meeting and couldn’t answer. They called twice back-to-back from two different landlines. After that, they called from NO caller ID, followed by restricted line, and finally blocked ID. And if you think they are done, you're mistaken; then the emails start. They drive you crazy. When you explain that you don’t have any more money at the moment and ask for help to finish your case so you can pay them, they tell you to put it on your credit card. I could go on and on; my advice is simple—stay away."
