Foreign body removals treatment for red eyes pre & post-op cataract management contact lens fittings: soft, disposable, gas permeable, extended wear. Insurance: because there are so many variations in insurance policies, we may not be able to answer all your specific questions.. Medicare: please bring your medicare number with you & we will be happy to submit your claim for you. You will be responsible for any balance not covered by Medicare.
