Ballast Crossfit is much more than just fitness. We're a unique, diverse, and hardworking family of striving athletes seeking to better ourselves mentally and physically through exercise, nutrition, and comraderie. Located 2 short miles from the California Coast in Oceanside, our team of athletes comes from all walks of life: active and retired military members, musicians, surfers, first responders, artists, police/firefighters, skateboarders/roller skaters, working and stay-at-home moms (and their kids), grandparents, business professionals and everyone else in between. Although each has his or her own fitness goal - weight loss, body building, strength, endurance, or to look good naked, when we walk through the door, we are all equals.
