Blowing Rock Hotels by IHG

Everything was clean, nice and cozy. The only thing is the noise, I was at second floor and I could hear people talking, making noises outside.

Do not believe the photos. ?????NO INDOOR POOL?????. Family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) on vacation that picked this hotel because of the photos.

John Hamlin opted not to leave a text review of Blowing Rock Hotels by IHG

The staff was very nice. Property is dated. There is no clear well marked entrance. The doors on the back of the building should be improved. Wind could open the exterior door. Could be heard in the rooms adjacent. Exterior could be better maintained. Cigarette butts in parking lot.

There was a wide variety of food choices both hot and cold. However, the hot choices were buffet-style which causes alarm in this time of global illness and pandemic. I don't know the answer without having a server on-duty. We did not take advantage of the breakfast because of how it was set-up.

The customers who smoked and made it horrible to breathe deserve to be charged a cleaning fee

I need to use the business center to print some material up for my work. The business center that is promised does not exist according to staff. The staff took no effort whatsoever to fix my problem. The breakfast at 10 it was very nice, as was the person who checked me in. The Other staff I interacted with very in different

From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable. The front desk attendant was so friendly and welcoming plus the lobby was so neat and clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. Check in was so quick and easy and our room was excellent and so very comfortable. We loved the closeness to the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Great stay!!! Would recommend this property to all.
