They'll tell you a range on the phone ($85-135) for a jump. There is no range, it's the higher number. 80 bucks for the jump, and the difference for "labor." Deceitful practices, call any of the other tow companies in the area instead.Report

Just bad customer service. Poor communication and sent a service truck instead of a tow truck. I waited over 2 hours for them to arrive, got charged $50 and am right back where I started before I called them.Report

I got stuck in the middle of the freeway, not a fun situation . I did a search and decided to call Bruce Towing. They took the time to chat with me over the phone and kept me calm and made sure I was in a safe area. They told me to turn on my hazard lights and stay inside the car. I was surprised how fast they arrived. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes and the rest of the experience was smooth sailing. Totally recommend this company.Report
