Understanding the process was a real challenge. It was made easier by all staff; especially with Tony, who led my father and I through the process while he was still able to participate.

Without this help I’d have had much more difficulty navigating legal, medical, and VA. entities…

Friends have been amazed at how smoothly all facets have gone following my father’s demise.
