We've worked with DJ at Carolina Pest Management for about 5 years now, and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He is always on time, very knowledgeable, and just the nicest human being. He's helped us with an emergency flea infestation, moles in our yard, wasps/hornets, fire ants, and the regular home pest maintenance. We switched our termite bond over to Carolina Pest last year and have been very happy with that decision. I feel their prices are very fair and competitive, and they understand the "less is more" mentality I have with small kids and animals at home. I don't want toxins applied needlessly. The office staff are also great and call me regularly to schedule appointments so I don't have to. All in all, highly recommend Carolina Pest!ReportRe: We've worked with DJ at C ... Casy initially did our termite inspection. Great personality and did a very thorough inspection. On treatment day, Trevor and his fellow technician were prompt and courteous. He thoroughly described what the treatment would be. Then they efficiently completed it with no disruption to me. After treatment completion, Trevor showed me what they had done. Never educated on the 30 day only guarantee on a 6 month service. 6 months is 6 months! Not 30 days!!!! Tried many times always seeing live insects after serving and frankly uncomfortable with the technicians that came to my home.
