Amazing costumer service! I had gotten some juice last week and it just wasn’t tasting right! Came in today and had explained my situation. They replaced my juice no questions asked! I have been coming here for 2 years and have never had a bad experience! I wish I would’ve caught the guys name that helped me today but he was amazing!

This is an awesome vape store they have the best vape juice! This is where u go for the best juice ever!

Still give them 4 stars. Been with them a few years, any problems with my orders have been taken care of until now. Last order I get a few bottles each of the pg/vg and some other stuff. turns out I was shorted a few bottles of 250ml pg, take a pic they take care of it no problem. So after making my next batch I discover that (after many hours, and coils) that my flavor is really a 50ml bottle of pg not my usual 50ml bottle of menthol, by the way they look exactly the the same, blue caps and all. So I figure they mistakenly at some point this year they sent me 50ml. bottles of pg. End up speaking to 2 different associates, one by phone and one by email both insist that was from my previous order that got taken care of, I try and explain that no the pg from my last order 1) was never sent, and 2) was not 50ml. bottles, as I said the pg was made right in that last order with 250ml bottles. I have only ever gotten 50ml. bottles in menthol. So the only obvious conclusion is I was sent at some point this year 2 bottles of pg instead of menthol. I finally gave up, and said I would just start taking a video of my package arrival. They have been great other than that.
