Chad is an honest and straight forward guy. Any questions or concerns I had, he was quick to respond and understanding of the emotional aspects I personally was going through in my case. Chad was able to advocate on my behalf for a diversion program, followed up with answers on other issues related to my charge, made referrals as needed, and called when everything was finalized.
