Positive: The location was great Negative: There was only 1 towel in the room for 2 people. We are allergic to feathers so I requested hypoallergenic comforters and pillows and was told they would take care of it but they didnt. At 9 pm on my 2nd night I had to demand a room change.Report
Check in was terrible. The lady who we spoke with that should have checked us in was very rude from the start. Spoke with manager and he wasn't helpful either. Finally got checked in and never was given a room number. Got to the room and wow. $500 for 3 nights for this room. Room very out of date, stains on the sheets. Bathroom shower looks like my great grandmothers shower from the 1960s. Tried to cancel but wouldn't cancel because we called another hotel down the street that had awesome customer service and was ready to take us. Defiantly not worth the money they charge you.
