I was really happy with the service I received from Colonial. The service man was thorough, knowledgeable, and gave me great tips on how to further protect my home. I will definitely recommend the company to others in need.

We hired Colonial to remove a nest of yellow jackets that killed two honey beehives on our property. The Pest Removal Engineer arrived on time and explained what he was going to do, and made sure we kept our dogs safely out of the zone for the required amount of time. He was very professional and explained that the work was guaranteed if the yellow jackets weren't elminated after this first application.

Although the yellow jacket nest was definitely diminished after the first treament, a large number still remained. Colonial, good to their word, returned soon after I notified them, and provided a second application at no additional charge. The nest was gone for good after that and we are pleased with the result.

Highly recommend!

We have been using colonial Pest for a few year now. Ever since we discovered a giant hornets nest in between the wall of our basement and the siding! Since then we have the bi-annual plan and they come every spring/fall to spray for hornets/insects and check for mice and other rodents as well. One thing I like about their plan is that we can call them at any time to come and provide services other then the bi-annuals, at no extra charge, if needed. They are always on time, professional, and friendly.

Great experience on the phone. Explained services and quoted me a price immediately.
Technician who came to the house was very efficient, personable and professional. Explained everything to me and even showed me areas where mice could get in.

When I called the company John took my call. He listened and asked me a couple of questions. He explained what would be done and the cost upfront. I agreed and we made an appointment. At no point did I feel any sales pressure. Before the work was to be done I received a reminder from them. Russell came on time, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and did it great. Our yellow jacket hornets are no longer a problem. We recommend them and consider them our pest control company.
