Staff was friendly and helpful

Our stay was delightful. The concierge service was quick to get us our keys during check in. They had a list of local restaurants to try while we stayed in the city. Our room was clean and well stocked with all the typical hotel amenities. The view was spectacular. The nightly rate was reasonably priced and was the perfect distance from the United Center for the Blackhawks hockey game. I would definitely stay at the Crowne plaza again the next time. Thank you for your excellent service and a wonderful stay.

I understand we all have out bad days but all staff members I had contact with were incredibly rude, the room and the entire hotel for that matter had an off putting odor not dissimilar to a litter box

This hotel was in a great location, friendly staff and comfy room.

Beautiful hotel. Would stay there again

Came into town for a school conference, but I enjoyed the room and the access to the town for after-hours.

Don't leave anything in the room....housekeeping will not return and the housekeeping manager has an attitude!!

As discussed, unfortunately we did not locate any items left in your room. We hope you give us another chance and plan to stay with us again in the near future.

The stay was perfect all together! The rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and very welcoming lol even down to the driver giving us convo until the desk clerk finished with the person infront of us. The bar was lit, but no free breakfast unfortunately. Breakfast is $14.99 daily, so keep that in mind, but there are many places to eat nearby.
