The room was shabby and kind of run down. It seemed like the place needed to have a lot more renovations to bring up to par with being a better establishment. Wildly overpriced for what they offer. No microwave in room. Carpets had stains. Shower curtain rings broken. I would recommend people find a nicer hotel. I will not be going back.

It is a drive up hotel disguised as nice hotel by the nice lobby. You have to drive out of the main parking lot and find the building. It is one level up from camping. Room had a full size bed and the bed was pushed against the wall so you had to scoot to the end of the bed to get out. The best part of the hotel is it is right next to a SAMS Club.

The food was excellent - one of the best pork chops I've ever eaten (sorry Mom). Presentation was excellent too.

Lovely, friendly facility.

Nice place to stay.

When our key did not work, we had to exchange it; not a problem. We ended up having to exchange our key three different times. At no time did the staff offer for us to change rooms. A maintenance man also ended up coming to our room for 20 minutes to change out the card reader...while we were in the room. When I went up to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager, the man at the front desk said "why, did I do something?" Very unprofessional.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well maintained.
Our only complaint was the quality of our steak dinner and the staff's response to our displeasure in the meal. They never offered to give us a refund or voucher for a future meal.
All of the other meals including the breakfast buffet were excellent.
