Dr. Edward Jacobson, MD

I have been going to Dr Jacobson office for several years and I love going there because the staff and the office is wonderful. Everyone i walk in the office I'm greeted with a cheerful hello and by name from the office staff. I love Dr Jacobson he's a great. If i ever need anything i can call the office and he's easily accessible and I can reach him by phone.

I have found Dr Jacobson to be a very progressive and forward thinking physician, who looks at the whole person to find out what that indvidual needs I would strongly recc his services

It is always a pleasure to work with Dr. Jacobson. He is a progressive and compassionate doctor, always reachable and has a great demeanor. Tammi, Lena and Christina his office staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Dr. Jacobson and his team are wonderful and very responsive when I call or visit the office. I trust him and the advice he has given to me. He truly cares about his patients and their treatment whether in the office or in the hospital.

Really the best ob/gyn I've ever seen in my life. Completely pain free and thoughtful, great bedside manner. And the entire staff, from the receptionist, Tami, to the folks who took my blood were top notch and professional. Now I have an ob/gyn for life.

Worst experience I've ever had ! Tammie his nurse is highly unprofessional . I made an appointment and they sent over very general questionnaire. The day before the appt I get an email that they cancelled my approintment bc they didn't have my paperwork. I emailed and told them I was confirming my appointment and would be there on time !!! She emailed back to call her . I did , I told her I was going to be there and would give her all she needed via phone . The paperwork was not created to be filled out online. You have to print then fax . I didn't have access to fax . I took pictures of paperwork and sent to Tammie . I got the paperwork over to them within the hour . I emailed to make sure they got paperwork, no response from them . I called , no answer. I headed to appointment and decided to call to make sure they had the paperwork- which for the record , the most obvious request in the paperwork was credit card information for charge in case of no show. Tammie answered and was very flip and said she cancelled the appoint , the rules are I should have called ! I offered her all the information she was requiring over the phone , she would not take the information. After jumping through hoops to get paperwork to her as fast as I could , she still cancelled the appt . I have NEVER experienced such cold , calloused and unprofessional treatment.They obviously do not care about patients , they care about money only .
