Excellent customer service and amazing beautiful floors

My experience with Dustless floor was melancholy. On the one hand they did an exceptional job and delivered a satisfactory product. Unfortunately in business delivery is one part of the formula and customer service is another. There were many instances that proved that this is a upstart company and customer service was not one of there core principles. Although the owner Daniel seemed like nice guy, he lacks patience in explaining his process and becomes irritable when asked additional questions. Unfortunately, we won’t use Daniel again because of his attitude and lack of professionalism. No owner of a business should ask for tips. In addition, he was rude and change his price on other jobs discussed. He continuously shared with me how other customers paid him more for similar jobs. It was unnecessary when he gave me the price. Daniel kept sharing that he has a review rate of 5 stars and doesn’t have to change his practices. If you can stomach his attitude and lack customer service, more than likely you will get a satisfactory job.

Daniel, Junior, and their team worked extremely hard to refinish the old floors of my new home. They were professional and very informative throughout the process. The price and time frame were very reasonable. They took the time and went the extra mile to make my hardwood floors and stairs look like new. I definitely recommend them.

We're more or less satisfied with the quality of the work. However, there are several rough spots that were missed. When we showed the first rough spot to Daniel, he said "Do you know what nitpicking is? Because that's nitpicking." When we showed him several additional rough spots, he realized that we were right so he offered to come back and buff them out. However, he was so rude throughout our conversation that we told him not to come back. We'd rather live with the floor the way it is than deal with Daniel again. We're easygoing people and have hired several home improvement contractors and this was our first time ever being treated this rudely.

Daniel and his crew did a fantastic job on redoing our hardwood floors. They were very responsive, honest and got the job done in a timely manner. Daniel had great customer service. Easy to talk to and offered good advice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their floors done.

My guy Danny is a boss when it comes to floors! He made my home look brand new! My floors had some damage from previous contractors and he worked a miracle. He’s always on time, he’s a perfectionist, and his team is efficient. He took so much pride in his work that he was willing to even come back to buff and shine after he found out that some painters left paint splatter on my floor new floor! He really cares! If you want a hassle free professional flooring company stop searching google, this is the team you need!
