I contacted them online and they reached out to me within a few minutes. My sales man was off on the day I wanted to do so the rest of his team worked on the papers. They all very pleasant to speak with and I had a great experience actually on of the best I've ever had at a dealership and I buy a new car almost yearly. (My salesman was Scott highly recommend)

My purchase from Fayetteville Dodge was a great experience. My salesperson Scott was friendly and professional from the very first contact over the phone and in person. I ended up purchasing a 2021 V6 Challenger GT-AWD and am happy and content. I'm glad I drove the almost 3 hours from where I live in Glens Falls to do this deal.

I'm on my 3rd vehicle from Fayetteville Dodge and it won't be my last. The reason?? In two words ... "service department". These guys are the best in the business and treat you like you matter. They do great work, are honest and professional. Because of the service department, I will buy my next vehicle there too!

I went in today to have them look at my vehicle for a noise it was making and then after they couldn't find anything I was charged 64.80 and i asked why I was charged that and the service guy said that they ways change that to look at a car and the last 4 time I have had my car look at I wasn't charged any so I will not be bringing my cat back there

Hi Tom, We charge a diagnostic fee for every customer unless the issue is covered under warranty or a service contract. Every dealership charges a diagnostic fee.
