Dr. Gary Finnegan obtained his bachelor of science degree in clinical laboratory medicine from Wilkes University. He then obtained a bachelor of science degree in visual sciences, and a doctor of optometry degree from PA College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia. Dr. Finnegan completed clinical externships in ocular disease and family eyecare at Albert Einstein Hospital, Lankenau Hospital, The Philadelphia Naval Hospital, and The Eye Institute of Philadelphia.
Dr. Finnegan is board certified and is a dipomate of the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Finnegan is a member of the American Optometric Association, the PA Optometric Association, and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
Dr. Finnegan has a great interest in diabetic retinal disease and glaucoma. Dr. Finnegan excels in hard to fit contact lenses and contacts for keratoconus. Dr. Finnegan also fits corneal reshaping lenses to eliminate the need for contacts or glasses during the day.
