I recently found myself in a situation where a contractor I had hired to put cabinets and countertops in my new kitchen. The work had moved very slowly with inferior materials and ultimately a demand that I pay in full before completion.Report
Frustrated, I contacted a lawyer, Michael Pascele, to see if he could help me. From the moment I entered his office I was confident I was in the right place. I was greeted warmly by the secretary, and when I met with Mr.Michael Pascele. He listened well, reviewed the contract and assured me he was going to "take care of this quickly".
