Second furnace installed by the crew at Gervais Mechanical- always professional and totally know their stuff! They always leave the site better than they found it, and do a great job troubleshooting on the fly. Would hire them again for sure.

PLEASE, DO NOT USE "Gervais Mechanical Services LLC."
There are more than enough LEGITIMATE reasons for this "business" to be out of business.
First, do not let them tempt you with mass save. Yes you will EVENTUALLY get some sort of rebate, and ya thats great, but they WILL install equipment that will NOT function properly. It will most likely leak and damage your property. Or ya, THEY'LL HAVE INSURANCE HANDLE IT, BUT WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANTS TO DEAL WITH ALL THAT!!!!! This company's technicians are not licensed, let alone certified or QUALIFIED to do any work they offer.
Second, if that isn't enough to turn you away, the Office employees and managers, have terrible attitudes. If your equipment malfunctions, you HAVE to request service, which you have to do thru office staff. Hopefully you get someone that knows how to speak to others, and if you get an apt, it will be late or won't happen until months later. When someone comes, they will have no idea what they're doing. It will take some months to maybe get it sorted out. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR EVERY SINGLE SIMPLE THING. I have seen other customers ceilings destroyed, walls destroyed, floors destroyed. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, SEEK OTHER OPTIONS!!!!

Had a new Lenox furnace installed in May 2022. When I actually got around to using it that fall I found that it was not functioning properly. It was taking hours for the house to come up to temperature. The air was barely coming out of the vents. They sent a troubleshooter out to look at it and he found that it was set up wrong. He found multiple things that were not set right. After he finished it ran perfectly. In the spring of 2023 Gervais wanted to service the furnace. I told them I was not comfortable with some of their techs and asked if the one who last set it up could come. They couldn't commit to that so I called another company to clean and service it. It continued to run fine. Fast forward to end of November 2023. Furnace is malfintioning. Gervais refuses to warantee a $7000 furnace put in just last year. Not a reputable company.

Update: I had Monroe come out to troubleshoot the furnace, which was running but sporadically shutting down before coming up to temp. It turned out that the problem again had to do with the original installation. Gervais did not install a special water trap that actually came with the furnace. That caused condensation water to backfeed into the inducer motor which affected the pressure switch. Why would I ever trust this company again?

Quickly found the problem and repair was completed. Very satisfied with my service
