Green Lake Orthodontics

I can’t recommend GLO enough. I just finished my Invisilign treatment with Dr. Cassidy. I was all set to start at the beginning of the pandemic, and then everything got put on hold. But after a month or so, GLO had a whole system in place to keep patients and staff safe during the pandemic while still maintaining regular patient contact (online).

All of my scans were done using a phone app and I had 3-4 appointments over the course of 8 months. I just had my last appointment today.

My teeth are straight, Invisilign was simple, straightforward, and so much more comfortable than any of the cheaper wannabe options out there (and really, those other options aren’t even much cheaper at all).

One of the best parts of GLO? The people. Anytime I had a question, I could message the office through the app. Whenever there was a procedure that might be a little uncomfortable or loud or with an odor (Invisilign uses bonding dots that are glued on to hold the weekly aligners in place and they have to be sort of ground off at the end—trust me, it’s way easier than it sounds), GLO was amazing. I have a sensory processing disorder and anxiety, and so sometimes sensations and sounds can trigger me. I warned them ahead of time, and they always made sure to check with me frequently to make sure I was okay.

This makes my third time with braces (once as a kid, once with a knockoff of Invisilign where the company failed to ever send me my retainers...hence needing the third time, now, with Invisilign).

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Cassidy and GLO to anyone who needs orthodontic work. They are passionate about COVID safety protocols, but ultimately, exceedingly concerned with their patients, and that makes all the difference.

Dr. Cassidy and her team are great! I saw them for Invisalign after my teeth moved from previously having braces. They made the process so easy and where always so kind during my check ins!

Friendly and knowledgable team who all made my nearly 9 year old daughter feel incredibly comfortable with the process. They were organized and fast and the recommended plan is clear and took into account all of my questions/concerns as a parent.

Dr. Cassidy and all the staff at GLO go above and beyond with their patients and parents of the patients. They explain the current procedure and what the future plan. I am very impressed and my daughter is as comfortable as one can be. I am grateful that this experience is going so well.

GLO is the gold standard for customer service and professionalism. It doesn’t get any better than this.

A wire retainer snapped off my tooth, it has been there for a good 20+ years now, the lovely people at Green Lake Orthodontics were able to accomplish me same morning for a consultation and repair.

I was greeted with smiles, explanations of all procedures, and a glass of water. Most importantly I walked out with a fixed retainer quickly. Thank you!
