When I had a small production run of high-end tools I looked for a high quality finishing shop that could take the time and quality for my parts. It wasn't easy at first. I tried the big players in town like the company "Metal Improvement" they were too invested in big jobs to care about my small run project, so I looked around more and found Halo Metal Prep.Report
Dean is an outstanding guy and really does care about you and your project pieces. He will do a phenomenal job and make great suggestions if his expertise is requested. He's been doing this for 30+ years.
I've been sending my parts here for over 4 years and i've never had a defective part come back from Halo.
The scale of what they can finish is huge too, they'll help you out with 100,000 pieces or 10. Cool little secret: they have the worlds biggest Spinner-Hanger machine ; )
If you're looking for metal finishing, I can't recommend Halo enough you will not find a more knowledgeable company or a better price.
