DO NOT RENT HERE. Old management was bad, current management is somehow worse. They're 'luxury' slum lords. Front desk is often left unattended, there appears to be a high turn over rate there. Residents are generally OK, but good luck having some peace and quiet; the floors are not well made and guaranteed, if you do not live on the top floor, you will constantly be frustrated with footsteps and bangs from above. Finally, it turns out that the exorbitantly expensive parking garage spots are that expensive and in such short supply because they sell the spots to workers in the surrounding offices. Take your money elsewhere in Stamford. There are better, cheaper places that much better justify their price.

Even the maintenance staff are now just as bad as the regular staff! We've been waiting WEEKS for repairs, and have not heard a peep from anyone. Again, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Under new management… so far it has been a total disaster. If you value security, responsiveness from management/maintenance, and anything along those lines, I would stay away. New management increased our rent, yet the total quality of the building has severely gone down, how that is justified is beyond us. My honest review.

I have been living here since before the management changed, and while this wasn't a great place to live before that, it's become increasingly worse since Lincoln Properties took over. At a base level, these apartments are cheaply made. We have issues in our apartment constantly, the microwave that shorts out frequently, the washer/dryer that destroys clothing (when it works at all) and vent fan for the stove is useless, making it impossible to cook without setting off the fire alarm. Maintenance take forever to come fix things, if they come at all. Last time they closed our ticket without even coming to help. We have neighbors that throw their trash off their balcony and onto ours, and management haven't done anything about it. Every time we go to the lobby the concierge is off somewhere, and they often leave the desk unattended for 30 mins to an hour at a time. I have sat in the lobby for half an hour waiting to collect a package before. The "24 hour concierge" also leaves by 11pm. And the biggest scam is that the prices that they advertise are WELL BELOW what you will actually pay. Between amenity fees, trash, parking and fees we're paying over $500 more per month than our actual rent. SAVE YOUR MONEY and look elsewhere in Stamford.

We loved the apartments and went for a tour. The staff is how do I put it, "very disinterested in doing any work" Ususally apartments while showing home to a potential new occupant are positive. There was a new girl who was drunk or stoned or needed sleep cause her eyes were blood red and she sighed many times while taking us for the showings and every time we asked questions. The front desk was no good either. They never pick up calls because they never are at the desk. It just gave a very dull vibe. Like everyone who stays here or at least works here are sad or lazy. We decided to not rent here.

Overall great experience so far! I think it's too soon to rate given that it's a new management team. They don't seem to be meeting our "cleaning" expectations. Would think this is important to prioritize since we are still in the middle of a global pandemic..

Mairead helped us so much. Our move in was a breeze and she's not only so knowledgeable, but also had a great insight on the property and the surroundings of the building and area. She sold us in moving here! Our experience was truly wonderful working with her and we will be sure to reach out to Mairead with further questions when we have them. Love her!

Beautiful building and offers good amenities (terrace and club house) but functionally this building does not work. Since moving in I have had to have maintenance issues non-stop (leaking sink, electrical issues, and HVAC unit did not work). All that said the staff is great and responsive to problems. More important the fire alarm system consistently has false alarms. What makes all of this worse is that the property management group does not notify the tenants that this issue exists and when/how they plan to resolve it.

I actually really love living in the apartment complex, the entire staff has been extremely accommodating, and public space and facilities are always clean. The unit that I live in is really awesome and everything seems brand new.

The only complaint that I have regarding harbor landing is the exorbitant fee for paying rent online (about $65) so I pay with check, would just be more convenient to utilize the resident portal for matters like this.
