It's never the facility… it's always the Management. I am a traveling nurse. Never have I ever had such POOR service. After my main entry door failed and I became locked in my room as the staff sat outside the door "Snickering" and making jokes! I had to threaten to call the fire department before they would even make maintenance come in to assist! Needless to say Maintenance would t even come until it was their time to clock in! So here I sat for two hours missing time from work while being the butt of their jokes! To top that after I complained i was gifted Week old flowers, stale candies and hotel bottle of water. Oh.. and 2000 of my 54,000 points that I spent to stay! NEVER WILL I EVER Stay at this establishment again!Report
